Description
Mecate reins are a versatile addition to any tack room. Used extensively in vaquero horsemanship, they have grown in popularity. They double as a riding rein and lead rope. These are made with our high quality double braid polyester or yacht rope. These are a great everyday mecate that is very weather resistant compared to the traditional horsehair.
Standard length is 22′ with a leather popper on one end and choice between a leather popper or tassle end on the other.
